Adrian Soltys offers over a decade of experience in parish ministry, nonprofit leadership, and national development outreach. Through his work at both the parish and diocesan levels, he has built strategic relationships with bishops, clergy, philanthropists, and major donors across more than 40 dioceses, helping organizations strengthen stewardship cultures and advance mission priorities through transformational giving.

With a background in ministry, development, parish engagement, and coaching, Adrian supports teams in fundraising strategy, relationship management, and organizational growth. He is bilingual in Polish and English and has experience working in diverse, intercultural communities.

Adrian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Montclair State University, a Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry from Fordham University, and a Master of Science in Church Management from Villanova University, along with a graduate certificate in Catholic Philanthropy from the University of Mary. He brings a thoughtful blend of pastoral sensitivity, strategic insight, and practical development expertise to his work with churches and nonprofit organizations. He lives in Central New Jersey with his wife and their two children, and enjoys fishing and traveling in his free time.
