Cate Leonard has spent her multi-year career in nonprofit management and fundraising for educational, social service, and faith-based organizations. Cate began her career with Ruotolo Associates consulting for a variety of faith-based educational organizations. An inspirational leader, Cate has extensive experience developing and implementing programs that demonstrate distinction in social responsibility, brand awareness, and event production.

She has successfully launched and directed development programs for organizations throughout the state of New Jersey such as Don Bosco Preparatory High School, American Red Cross of Bergen County, the Community Food Bank of New Jersey, Paterson Habitat for Humanity, and most recently, Vantage Health System of Bergen County.

During her tenure with Vantage Health System, she completely revamped its annual giving program and increased funds raised through personalization and face-to-face solicitations. She served as a member of the Administration of Don Bosco Preparatory High School and was nominated for the Bill Bradley Top Women in NJ award. Cate is also a certified professional life coach, who specializes in coaching women with ADHD. Her passion for this prevalent yet little understood diagnosis brings her into the community to help educate parents about its affects and opportunities.

Cate is a graduate of Niagara University and obtained her certification as a professional life coach from iPEC, Institute for Professional Coaching. She is also certified in ADHD coaching through JST Coaching.

Cate has served as a volunteer for Sacred Heart Parish, Haworth, NJ.
