Jessica Frega, RA’s Executive Assistant to the Chair & CEO comes to us with a diverse background.  A graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor’s in History, Jessica has worked for a United States Congressman in both the field office and on the campaign trail and was previously the Administrative Manager for a Sports Training Facility for over a decade. Jessica has a background in administration, social media, marketing campaign support, and customer service. She resides in Waldwick, New Jersey with her husband Robert, and their rescue dog, Waylon. Jessica was awarded the firm’s Tim Manning Culture of Excellence Award in 2024.
