Kristin Smith is an accomplished and impactful Catholic development professional with over a decade of experience in fundraising, strategic planning, and relationship building for Catholic organizations. She has held a variety of roles including Executive Director, Director of Development, and Campaign Manager for the Diocese of Phoenix’s $100 million dollar “Together Let Us Go Forth” Campaign. Kristin was responsible for managing and raising over $20 million of the campaign’s goal. RA had the privilege of working closely with Kristin and observed firsthand her ability to inspire and collaborate with Clergy and Laity alike.

Kristin excels at creating and fostering development strategies, establishing donor relationships, growing fundraising revenue, and managing teams and volunteers. Her experience spans fundraising for parishes, dioceses, schools, foundations, and nonprofits. She is driven by a passion for connecting organizations with donors to fulfill the mission of the Catholic Church.

Her leadership skills, strategic vision, and ability to inspire others have helped her achieve significant fundraising results throughout her career. Part of Kristin’s current responsibility centers on the Diocese of Tucson’s Capital Campaign.
