Greg Brinn has spent over 20 years in development and fundraising both in Catholic and independent schools as well as higher education. His fundraising career started at Yale University as an Assistant Athletic Director of Development and Alumni Relations, raising money for Yale’s 35 varsity sports. This work encompassed annual giving and alumni relations as well as directing events and stewarding donors.
Greg’s high school experience includes roles as Director of Advancement at both Xavier High School in Middletown, CT, and Archbishop John Carroll High School in Radnor, PA. He has also served as Director of Development at Malvern Preparatory School in Malvern, PA as well as Valley Forge Military Academy and College in Wayne, PA. His experience in both higher ed and high school education gives Greg a solid background to support all RA clients and provide guidance as they look to reach their fundraising potential.
Greg has extensive experience in all areas of development and fundraising from, major gifts, annual giving, alumni relations, campaign management, as well as marketing and communications. He is a strong networker who believes relationships are the key to a successful fundraising operation. The professional and personal connections he has built with board members, alumni, parents, donors, and volunteers have enabled Greg to be successful in growing development programs everywhere he has worked.
Greg’s RA’s clients include Pennypack Ecological Trust in Huntingdon Valley, PA, St. Charles Borromeo in Cinnaminson, NJ, Austin Prep in Reading, MA, and South Church in Andover, MA.
Greg resides in the Philadelphia area in Downingtown, PA with his wife Sarah and their two boys.
