Tatiana Ramirez has a unique background in group dynamics, non-for-profit operations, administration, and applied research.

She grew up in Jackson Heights, NY, and attended St. Joseph’s College in Brooklyn.

Since joining Ruotolo Associates, Tatiana has engaged, led and supported parish Capital Campaigns and Pre-Campaign studies throughout the Diocese of Metuchen. She has also been part of consulting teams of other non-profits in the educational and cultural fields.

Prior to joining Ruotolo Associates (RA), Tatiana was part of the leadership team at DeSales Media Group, a non-for-profit agency serving as the hub for news, media properties, and public relations, and government affairs to Catholic entities in the Diocese of Brooklyn and beyond.

While earning her degree in Human Relations, Tatiana worked as a leader of the Youth Ministry Initiative (YMC) in the Diocese of Brooklyn. As a Youth Coordinator she established a robust program of over 180 young people, ages 5 through 18, in one of the largest and most diverse parishes of Queens.  She then served as the Youth Director and Pastoral Associate at the Co-Cathedral of St. Joseph, center for liturgy and ministry in the Diocese.

Having worked in parishes for over nine years, Tatiana then worked in banking, gaining exposure to the corporate world, while strengthening her operational and managerial skills.

With her distinctive passion for mission-driven organizations, and tri-lingual ability, Tatiana brings her enthusiasm and commitment to every project. She continues to reside in Queens, NY.
